Returns & Refunds policy

1. Returns:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged products.

• Customers must provide a video recording while unboxing to be eligible.

• The product must be returned in unused and original condition with tags intact.

• Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Damaged products without video proof

2. Return Address:
Customers must send the item to our warehouse address (will be shared upon request).

3. Refunds:

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
